Taking a brief, having a chat and making the client feel that we actually care is more important than numbers to us. SpaColour was founded on the concept that the client is No.1 and chucking a catalogue on their desk just doesn't cut it. We didnt win clients like SEGA, Triumph and Virgin Atlantic by sending a book in the mail, we sit down with a beer and talk.
